The living area has reclaimed hardwood floors throughout along with a lot of new furnishings, including a large family style dining table. We also upgraded both baths from top to bottom. Welcome to our site for a wonderful Lake Tahoe vacation getaway. Located just 1.5 miles from Tahoe City and 1 mile to our private gated beach, Tahoe Park Beach, and Sunnyside Resort. We are just 6 miles from Alpine Meadows and 9 miles from Squaw Valley ski areas.
Our home is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, 2 bath modified A frame on a large sunny level lot with lots of grass for the kids to play. Just 200 yards from wilderness trails that back up to Page Meadows & Alpine Meadows. If you still have to be connected we have WiFi, Computer, Printer/Fax and free local and long distance for U.S. telephone calls available.
Sleeps 8 - King, Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 singles (8 person max. occupancy), Sundance outdoor hot tub, 3 TV’s (42" LCD in Family Room) Cable /VCR/DVD stereo with MP3 hook-up, microwave, espresso & coffee maker, dishwasher, banquet style dining table, cabin furnishings throughout, 6 Burner Gas BBQ, Great outdoor decks and picnic table, lots of parking w/ snow removal, firewood, and private beach.

5. Slight right at Sequoia Ave - 0.3 mi
6. Turn left to stay on Sequoia Ave Destination will be on the left - 0.4 mi
